My Dreams of Paris

My very own copy My own copy

Last year I came across an Instagram page and website called Falling Off Bicycles.  I was instantly attracted to the vivid colors of the photos.   The photographer captures gorgeous scenes from France and Netherlands.  In my search I found the photographer to be an author in collaboration with other women in My Paris Story Living, Loving and Leaping without a Net in the City of Light.  This was just the type of book I was looking for, something to inspire me.  These writers share stories of success and challenges in following their dreams.  I have learned so much about myself from reading this book, and finding my purpose and passion.  Whether your dream is to travel to Paris, live abroad,  change your career or your life in a way you have been dreaming of, this is a read for you.

I often say this quote to myself as a reminder to get past the fear, and do what really makes you happy by pursuing your dreams.

Just for fun, my favorite quote is: “Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.” ~ Howard Thurman
